| Notes | 1814 obtained mortage with mother Phoebe from John Buckland to cover cost new mill. Time of agricultural depression. 1821 the Langtrys gave up mortgage and surrendered property to John Buckland junior. Phoebe retired; William stayed as tenant. Left in 1838, moved to Droxford became baker and grocer. Fell on hard times and died in workshop in 1863. |
