| Notes | On death of husband William in 1800 took over as proprietor and occupier until 1807. Property sold in 1809 to John Buckland though Phoebe remained in residence having taken out mortgage. Phoebe and son William had the new tower mill built in 1814; by this time it appears post mill demolished. 1816-17 Phoebe listed as occupier and proprietor of tower mill. 1821 Phoebe and William gave up tenancy and Phoebe retired |
