THE KENT MILLS SOCIETY HAS BEEN LAUNCHED WITH THE PUBLICATION OF ITS FIRST NEWSLETTER, WHICH HAS NOW BEEN DISTRIBUTED TO THE 50 MEMBERS OF THE SOCIETY.
Cant Post contains news of threats to Speldhurst watermill and Stodmarsh windpump, histories of Chafford and Phoenix watermills, an article about the recent move of a Kent windmill to Holland and a current status report on 34 windmills and 32 watermills.
