Young people and those early in their careers are too-often excluded in conversations that concern their futures most: when it comes to sustainability, climate change, or the resources they are offered, they simply don’t get the opportunity to be heard at an organisational level. The many barriers to the arts, culture and heritage sector that mean that people rarely have access to these spaces until much later in life.

As a charity, we would like to change this dynamic, so we are inviting 18-35 year olds to participate in conversations where they have the opportunity to shape us and our work as an educational charity (and beyond).
