Windmills of Lincolnshire
Lincolnshire once had more windmills than any other county in the UK. This book describes and illustrates around 180 of these of varying sizes, types and functions. Most have gone completely, but a handful have survived and some are in working order. Also covered are the parts of a windmill, skills involved in its creation and running, and the stories of the millers.
