Stored with the following notes: “V Elford Broadsford Friars Gdns Hughenden High Wycombe Bucks 16 Hut 3rd bed L H Vic Elford was in the same RAF unit as HA. They were stationed together in Blackpool on the Photographic Training programme – 1942/43?” The third individual from the left is different in the two images, suggesting these men took it in turns to take the two photos. The third from the left in the left hand image could be Hallam Ashley; perhaps the individual in the right hand image is Vic Elford.
