A solicitor’s letter from Walter Furley (acting for the purchaser of the windmill, William Collard/Thorne) to Emmerson & Co (acting for the vendors, the Alexander family) enclosing a “plan on Deed of 1824” and showing the location for the land upon which the windmill was later built. The plan has a pin hole, presumably from where it was attached to the 1824 deed, and measures 18 cm x 13 cm.
