The twenty second image is of Killhope mill situated in the village of Cowshil just outside the town of Stanhope in the Upper Weardale district of County Durham. Killhope mill was a lead ore crushing and dressing plant. We are informed on the back of the photograph that this image originally belonged to the Bovey Museum. The photograph was produced in 1959.
