This a large three storey wooden mill, with a luccam. In 1813 it was advertised with 'two spacious water wheels', by the twentieth century it was working with one 12' x 4' wooden breastwheel turning three pairs of stones; it stopped work in the 1930's and by 1965, had been gutted completely of all machinery and floors. In 1985, faced with demolition, it was bought for house conversion, and now survives as an attractive white weatherboarded dwelling in excellent condition.
