On the Evenlode, this Domesday site was adapted to a large saw-mill for the Blenheim Estate in the 1850s.The water to the 13 ft by 8 ft metal breast-shot wheel was lost. Now part of the countryside museum, it is powered by a restored auxiliary beam engine.
