Witney had several mills on the Windrush. Originally a corn mill, Worsham Farm Mill was at one time manufacturing fertiliser using steam auxiliary power. A three-storeyed mill of stone with a slate roof, both wheels were missing by 1970, and the gutted building was used as a warehouse.
