On the Broadwell Brook, the buildings of this mill are well preserved, and include a toll house and pack-horse stable. There is no longer water in the ponds. The 14 ft by 4 ft 6 inch wooden breast-shot wheel was already collapsed in the early 1980s.
This mill had a breastshot waterwheel.
