A former smock mill, only a one-storey brick base remains, the body having been pulled down in 1922. A corrugated metal roof had at some stage been put over the base to form a chicken house. By the 1970s, the mill base remained but had become abandoned and almost completely hidden by scrub, with a derelict cottage nearby.
