A wind-powered corn mill and oil mill in the historic county of Lancashire, England.

The mill was owned by Earle & Carter, oil merchants. The mill operated as an oil seed mill from 1832 until it was destroyed by a storm in 1839. A later mill on this site was used as a corn mill.
