A steam- and water-powered corn mill and grinding mill and wire mill in the historic county of Warwickshire, England.

The mill was a corn mill, known as Heath Mill in the 16th century and Cooper's Mill after being taken over by the Cooper family in the 17th century. It became a blade mill in the 1750s and passed to the ownership of the Wooley family, becoming a wire and grinding mill.
