The mill at Cilmawr burnt down around 1910 and there are no remains as the stone was used elsewhere on the farm. The millstone is preserved within a wall. The bridge was also destroyed after being weakened by the freezing and thawing of the river during a cold winter in the 1960s. The weir and mill race can still be seen.
