The mill has a framed and boarded body 8 ft. square by 12 ft. 3 in. high, with a pyramidal roof and a stone chamber, octagonal outside, 22 ft. across with a turfed roof. The sails span about 30 ft., have equal curved sides and are 5 ft. 6 in. wide at the tip; there is a single sloping tailpole.
