1950 Mill demolished
For a watermill that survived until quite late, the identification of the site is almost impossible as it is buried in dense undergrowth. A difficult foray through the mass vegetation reveals a brick wall (part of the millpond wall), a wooden pentrough, discarded masonry and a tumbling bay.
This mill had an overshot waterwheel.
