A water-powered farm mill and threshing mill in the historic county of Lincolnshire, England.

Built in the 1790s by Mr Holdgate. Water was sent to the mill via an acquaduct to turn an overshot waterwheel, and a shaft passing under the road drove threshing machinery in the building opposite.
