On the Cuttle Brook, there are records for this mill dating from 1341 and 1542. No longer in operation, the gear had been dismantled before the early 1980s, but the bed stones remained. With a large stream-fed pond, the mill last worked using a turbine, which was still present in the 1980s. Not to be confused with nearby Kingston Blount.
