A water-powered paper mill in the historic county of Oxfordshire, England.

On the Thames, this was originally a corn mill which was converted to paper-making. It continued working until c1925, but the site now lies under a road. Close by was a second mill, on the Seacourt Stream at SP 522 043. This was also originally a corn mill which was converted to paper-making. Traces of the site of this second mill were still evident into the early 1980s.
