On the River Glyme, the machinery of this mill, which has now been dismantled, once powered a corn mill and water pumps. It had two 14 ft diameter breastshot wheels. The mill is now a house conversion. The ground plan of a second mill, at SP 439 170, was discovered in the 1970s. This mill site was probably abandoned in 1760, when a lake was created.
This mill had a breastshot waterwheel.
