A wind-powered electricity generating mill in the historic county of Surrey, England.

A windmill constructed by E Lancaster Burne to provide electricity to "Tangley Way," the house of Mr Kennedy, c 1923. It was still standing in the 1960s, but the upper part was later demolished leaving only the base.
