A wind-powered cotton mill and snuff mill in the historic county of Norfolk, England.

This mill was erecetd on one of the towers of the old Norwich city walls, known as the Black Tower. The mill was used at first for snuff, and then later was used for cotton textile spinning. The mill was demolished shortly after a fire in 7th July 1883.
