A wind-powered salt works mill in the historic county of Lancashire, England.

Mill operated before 1754 to the 1790s. It was owned by Mr Blackburne and was a cylindrical tower mill, 45 feet to the curb, with a domed cap, four common sails and winded by tail wheel.
