Former corn mill, one of the largest in the area, with three pairs of millstones and two overshot waterwheels. It is shown and annotated as a working corn mill on the Ordnance Survey 25in mapping, first and second editions of 1875 and 1900 respectively, but ceased milling in about 1910; the building is shown but not annotated on the third edition map of 1920. The mill was demolished in about 1960.
