Site of a four-sailed tower mill. John Davis, millwright, and John Morris, stonemason, leased a plot of land (lease dated 30 December 1814) for erecting a windmill. Gastineau's engraving of 1830 shows the mill and the adjacent Capel Mawr (nprn 7570) set on a prominent rise in the town. The windmill was demolished before the erection of the vestry at Capel Mawr on the site in July 1867.
