A water-powered corn mill and oil mill and tannery in the historic county of Hertfordshire, England.

The mill site was mentioned in the Domesday Book. The mill was named 'Horns Mill' in the 19th century after a nearby pub. By 1822 it was an oil mill. From 1890 it was a tannery until closure in 1971. The site then became a housing estate.
