A steam-powered corn mill in the historic county of Essex, England.

The building was originally a maltings and brewery. It was built in 1860 by Peter Sullins and remained in the Sullins family until 1892 when it was bought by Capt. Charles Sutton Wardle.
Around 1902 the brewery closed and the building became a steam flour mill, belonging to the Edwards family. It closed in the early 1960s and became a warehouse and them a manufacturing unit of M & D Lighting. It was purchased by SKK design c 2012.
