The mill is marked as a "waukmill" on the 1865 OS map. It is now the Glamis Estate sawmill and is Category C Listed. Little machinery remains, but the waterwheel has been fully refurbished and the building is open to the public. There is a coin slot next to the water wheel that operates a pump to turn the wheel for a brief period.
