Millcraig Mill, Alness

A water-powered corn mill in the historic county of Ross-shire, Scotland.

The rims of the water wheel are stacked in the wheel pit and the wall shows score marks the wheel was around 9ft in diameter. The mill had a kiln and most of the tiles are in situate from what can be seen through a window there is still some basic machinery.
