A water-powered paper mill in the historic county of Buckinghamshire, England.

This mill, on the River Ousel (also known as Ouzel or Lovat), has long gone. It appears on maps from 1768, 1793, 1809 and 1870. Freece describes the structure as a paper-mill, but it has also been described as a leather or tan mill.
