A water-powered saw mill in the historic county of Buckinghamshire, England.

This mill stood on the River Chess. It started life as a mill used for tanning and became a saw mill in the first half of the nineteenth century. Later on the site was used for the Water Lane Steam mill, which experienced a serious fire in 1942.
