Scope & content | This report contains planning permission and listed building consent to convert the House Mill, Three Mills Lane London E.3 to a Museum of 18th and 19th Century Life. It also incoporates the detailed proposals set out in an earlier report "The House Mill- A Study of the Present Condition of the House Mill and of the Repairs Necessary to Enable it to be Used as a Museum." This report was submitted to the Passmore Edwards Museum, London Borough of Newham in March 1974.
