Scope & contentOn retirement John Brandrick decided, as a hobby, that he would put his architectural and mechanical draughting skills to use by carrying out surveys and preparing digital drawings of historical structures, mainly corn mills. Some of the mills John has drawn no longer exist. To be able to draw these John has researched various archives to obtain data regarding the buildings size, its layout and equipment.

John is now internationally renowned for the documentation and production of precision technical illustrations of historic corn mills. This book celebrates his work and illustrates examples of buildings and equipment of traditional water and wind powered corn mills.

This 106 page hardcover book measures 210mm x 210mm and has over 200 colour & 20 b&w illustrations of watermills and windmills.
