It began in 1867 with George Reynolds Wright who entered into partnership with John Dilly Young at Enfield Mill. He installed roller mills in 1895 and built a successful business. The end papers are copies of plans drawn in 1894 by E. R. & F. Turner of Ipswich of "the proposed arrangement for G. R. Wright Esq at Ponders End to produce 5 sacks of flour per hour". |
