| Scope & content | A resource pack aimed at teachers to teach their pupils about flour milling and its history, with particular reference to Mill Green Mill in Hertfordshire.Includes a timeline of Mill Green Mill from the tenth century to 1986 when the mill recommenced grinding flour.
