Gives information on the grain, how it was transported to the mill, a rope that was used to hoist the grain up to the stores/ in the mill. Discusses the grindstone/ millstone; how it was used, and a bell that was designed to ensure that the miller would always fill the shaft with grain as the millstone should not turn without grain.
