Scope & contentPublished weekly (later fortnightly) in Minneapolis, this was the foremost American trade journal for the roller flour milling industry. It contained many advertisements, worldwide market reports and articles. The journal was published between 1873 and closed a century later in 1973. During the 1920's to the 1940's the journal commissioned artists to paint or draw a different cover image each week. These were quite distinctive and the bound collection from 1924-1973 has retained all the covers.
