It goes on to discuss the immediate history of the two mills, and suggests a number of reasons - technical, economic and political - why mills were abandoned after the war. It ends with an overview of grist and flour from different grains. The booklet is fully illustrated with black-and-white photos and has a cross section of one of the two mills on the inside back cover. |
