The nights may be drawing in but you can still take part in the Great British Mill Race. Send us your mill interior pictures or review our Mills Database from your computer, table or smartphone to see what you can help us update. Read on to see the latest prize winning entries.
The Great British Mill Race launched over National Mills Weekend in May 2016. Since then thanks to the information and pictures you have sent in to www.gbmillrace.org we have been able to update hundreds of entries on our Mills Database.
Thank you for taking part in the Great British Mill Race!
Autumn and winter may be upon us, but we still want you to get involved in the Great British Mill Race.
Help us as we race against time to save a record of our milling heritage
Please send us pictures of mill interiors. We are interested to see the machinery inside mills. Or why not review some of your mill pictures taken over the summer (during better weather we hope!) and send those in? Alternatively browse our Mills Database for mills you know or have visited. Send us any more detailed or up to date information about the mill (or historic mill site) you have and we will update our records.
Just visit www.gbmillrace.org to get involved by sending us your mill pictures and information.
We love to see your mill pictures on social media too. You can contact us through Facebook, Twitter or Instagram. Follow all posts about the Great British Mill Race using the hashtag #gbmillrace
