The Jack & Jill Windmills Society have unveiled a striking video of Jill Windmill from above.
Also published on their Facebook page, the short film was created earlier this month by Sussex Air Imaging.
From doing a bit of reading online, I think that the video was recorded using an “unmanned aerial vehicle” or a drone. In spite of strong winds on that day, they were able to capture a stunning scene of the mill and its place within the Sussex landscape. It’s amazing what you can do with relative ease using the latest technology.
