Albert Ribbans – who was he?
Albert Ribbans seems to have painted in watercolour several wind and watermills, including Garboldisham and this painting of Balsham in Cambridgeshire. I would like to know more about this gentleman; can anyone help? I know he was born in 1903 and died in 1966.
